Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a NAVI Mobility Wheelchair Systems Field Sales & Marketing Representative, to Support our Smart Powered Vehicles Division. This position will work remotely in NY, NJ, MD, PA, VA or other Eastern USA locations. NAVI Mobility Wheelchair Systems Field Sales & Marketing Rep will represent and cultivate sales development within the eastern USA for the new NAVISERIES; including activities such as field sales, technical training, marketing implementation & customer support.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Sales Order cultivation, receipt, processing, tracking & billing
  • New Dealer Development process from prospecting to go live
  • Customer Service & Support for dealers and marketplace
  • Technical Training for dealers and therapists
  • Dealer & Referral source in services and follow through
  • Trade show & consumer event support
  • Marketing support & implementation of national & local tools
  • Warranty & Service activities support and documentation
  • Other duties as assigned


  • BA or BS degree in business, life sciences or marketing is beneficial & preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ sales or professional experience within the healthcare market
  • Direct sales or clinical professional experience within the manual and power wheelchair or other complex rehab mobility market preferred
  • Previous success at building a sales plan, tracking and executing initiatives to achieve plan
  • Strong customer orientation/focus with customer support experience preferred
  • Ability to comfortably & professionally present to a wide range of audiences
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to work independently and manage long term projects and processes
  • Strong problem solving & analysis skills
  • Positive brand representative of Yamaha within mobility marketplace
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel domestically required
